All sessions incorporate Pilates based training combined with physical therapy treatments when appropriate. If desired, a free Infra Red Sauna Treatment can be enjoyed after your Pilates session to relax and detox. Dismissing the old adage of “no pain, no gain”, sessions are tailored to remain within pain free limits while being stimulating and challenging. All Pilates sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only. Special Offer for First Time Clients
Private Sessions are with Teresa, in which you receive individual attention and learn both mat and equipment exercises. These sessions increase your knowledge about your body's specific needs.

This package is offered to encourage the dedicated client's efforts toward consistent weekly exercise.
Semi-privates are with two (duet) or three (trio) people working with Teresa on both mat and equipment. It is a great opportunity to have more individual attention than in a big group class, and allows you to work with friends or meet new friends from the studio in a supportive, non-competitive environment. All session packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Teresa is currently available for consultation regarding Exercise Space Design, Equipment selection and Pilates programming.
Studio Cancellation Policy - As a courtesy to the studio and other clients, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate. A phone call is required for cancellations occuring 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. Email cancellation is acceptable if notification is greater than 48 hours in advance.
