Semi-Privates

Semi-privates are duets, trios or quartets working on both mat and Pilates equipment. I've found that the sociality and mutual commitment of semi-private classes motivates my clients. This is a great opportunity to have more individual attention than a big group class can provide and is a fun and affordable option. You can create your own group of friends or you can meet new friends as I match you up with like-minded clients of a similar level. Semi-privates are 55 minutes and by appointment only. All session packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Duets $60 (per person)
Discount Series of 5 duets $290 (per person)
Trios $55 (per person)
Discount Series of 5 trios $240 (per person)
Quads $48 (per person)
Discount Series of 5 quads $200 (per person)

Note: Refunds for Discount Series Sessions given prior to expiration date minus a $15 admin fee.

Studio Cancellation Policy - As a courtesy to the studio and other clients, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate. A phone call is required for cancellations occuring 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. Email cancellation is acceptable if notification is greater than 48 hours in advance.

Special Group Workshops tailored to focus on a specific small piece of equipment such as the Theraband, Miniball, Foam roller, Magic Circle or Physioball. Classes can be offered at my studio or on site at your facility. Fee dependent on # of attendees and need for travel. Call or email teresa@pilateswithteresa.com to discuss arrangements.
